We would prefer not to charge for cancellations. However, where we cannot re-let the room we will charge 50% of the room rate if cancelled four weeks before the day of arrival and 90% if cancelled less than 48 hours before the check in day. Any e-mail cancellation must be confirmed by us to ensure it has been received.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused during the stay. Guests are advised to consider appropriate insurance.
Please note we have a no smoking policy.

From £95.00 per night, double occupancy including continental or full English breakfast.
A surcharge of £30.00 for a child's booking and £10.00 for a dog per night.
Minimum 2 nights stay
Deposit
A deposit equivalent to the first night's booking is required. Payment by cash or cheque please made payable to Emma Amin. Please note that deposits are non refundable.
